DESCRIPTION:La formation et l’intégration des personnes étrangères qui s’installent sur le territoire est une priorité nationale. Dans ce contexte, l’apprentissage de la langue apparaît comme un élément-clé de sécurisation du parcours d’intégration. Outre l’acquisition de l’autonomie grâce à la langue, les dispositifs de formation doivent aujourd’hui viser le développement de l’employabilité des apprenants.\nCe module propose aux formateurs de réfléchir à l’exploitation pédagogique des thématiques liées à l’emploi et aux conditions de mise en œuvre d’une démarche favorable à l’insertion.\n\n
