DESCRIPTION:L’illettrisme est une notion parfois difficile à conceptualiser et amène souvent à des confusions auprès du grand public et des acteurs de terrain. Le CRI Auvergne propose cette journée pour permettre aux professionnels et bénévoles chargés d’accueillir et d’accompagner divers publics de mieux assimiler la définition de l’illettrisme, d’être plus à l’aise face à de telles situations et de s’adapter. Cette journée entend donner des clés pour mieux agir vis-à-vis des personnes en situation d’illettrisme.\n
